Yixuan Offline Inspection System is designed for random sampling inspection of products after can body printing. It conducts comprehensive detection of all types of defects, improves inspection precision, enables timely rejection of non-conforming products, enhances product quality, boosts the stability of the production system, effectively reduces production costs, and achieves green production.
Yixuan Online Automatic Sampling and Inspection System is mainly applied to the random sampling inspection of metal cans after printing in metal packaging enterprises. By learning the characteristics of qualified sample cans, it compares the graphic data of each can body during production with the original design model for inspection, automatically verifies the printing accuracy of each can, accurately and quickly identifies defects, prevents non-conforming products from entering the finished product batch, and facilitates the information statistics of mass-produced products.
The system ensures stable sampling of printed cans from the color printing press. It is equipped with a customized camera acquisition mechanism on-site. After the printing and drying tunnel, the cans from the color printing press are guided into the inspection channel. Off-line sampling of the production line guarantees high stability and excellent performance. Driven by a tapered cylinder for rotation, the system avoids contamination inside the cans. The inspected cans can be returned to the production line to eliminate material waste. With PLC customized settings, the sampling frequency can be adjusted according to the speed of the corresponding production line and product requirements (6 cans per minute).
