UB-G531 High Speed PETG Resin

High-performance high-speed PETG material is a white modified PETG resin that can be extruded and processed by 3D filament equipment.

Description

High-speed PETG is a white, modified PETG resin specifically engineered for extrusion-based 3D filament manufacturing. It is a composite high-performance material developed from PETG base resin and is compliant with RoHS 2.0 and REACH environmental and safety standards.

This material is designed for industrial-grade 3D printing applications requiring stable extrusion performance, environmental safety, and consistent processing behavior. It offers excellent adaptability across mainstream FDM/FFF 3D printing equipment, particularly optimized for high-speed extrusion systems.

A key advantage of this high-speed PETG formulation is its outstanding printability under high-speed conditions. It supports printing speeds of over 400 mm/s while maintaining stable layer formation and dimensional accuracy, making it suitable for high-efficiency additive manufacturing environments.

Material Handling & Storage

This PETG resin is thoroughly dried prior to packaging. The moisture content after drying is controlled below 600 ppm. Standard packaging is vacuum-sealed aluminum foil bags or PE bags to ensure stability during transportation and storage.

Due to the hygroscopic nature of PETG, the material must remain sealed when not in use. Exposure to moisture may lead to processing instability, including increased melt flow variation, reduced mechanical performance, and surface bubble defects in printed parts.

Drying Requirements

Recommended drying condition:
75°C for 4–5 hours under forced-air drying environment.

Processing Guidelines (Extrusion)

Recommended processing temperature range:
215°C – 235°C

Actual processing parameters may vary depending on different extrusion equipment and production conditions. Proper parameter adjustment is advised to achieve optimal printing performance and surface quality.

This high-speed PETG grade is developed for stable industrial extrusion performance, supporting efficient, high-speed additive manufacturing with balanced mechanical strength and processing reliability.
